Orders delivered throughout the UK will usually be dispatched and delivered within 7-10 working days once the order has been accepted by both parties and payment has been cleared. LED Sky Panels UK takes no liability for the losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the delay in delivery of goods. LED Sky Panels UK holds no responsibility to other damages that may be caused by third parties.
All items are made to order within 1 week from the date of payment clearing, and delivery is with our courier DPD on a 1-2 working day service.
Delivery will be made to the address detailed by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that arrangements are in place to take delivery. Unsuccessful delivery attempts will be returned back to us after the couriers have considered the collection window to have been exceeded and subsequent shipments will need to be charged to the customer in addition. Any Breakages must be reported within 14 days of delivery, with pictures supplied via email when requested.
